SOLID Learning Portal
During my time at SOLID I first developed the entirety of their textile care technician e-learning modules, after which I developed the “SOLID Learning Portal” – a self-hosted LMS (learning management system), until the company’s salesforce setup was complete.
I went on to develop multiple learning modules, covering sales, employee onboarding and finally the operations department technical training, integrating it into the SOLID “Knowledge Base” I also lead the development of, an SharePoint/Azure based process framework covering almost all aspects of company and acting as a central data point for the entire employee base.
SOLID G.O.L.D Certification Video:
SOLID’s “G.O.L.D” certification is the combined digital and practical training program for technicians, now using the Salesforce LMS.
